What the guarantee actually says
On the annual plan, we will bring you 5 qualified appointments inside your first 90 days. If we do not, you get your first 3 months back, which is $825, and we keep working for the rest of the year at no charge. You do not have to cancel to claim it.
A qualified appointment is a specific thing and the contract says so: somebody books with you, they tell you they found you through ChatGPT or an AI search, and they actually show up. All three have to be true. If we disagree about one, we default to your judgment, because you know your patients.
The month to month plan carries no guarantee and no refunds, and we would rather you read that here than find it on an invoice. The guarantee is what the year buys.
